How does the service work?

Laundry Boyz provides a pickup and delivery laundry service where your clothes will be professionally washed, folded, and delivered back to you within 24 hours of your pickup guaranteed. Our goal is to provide an affordable service while eliminating the burden that laundry puts on the college student.

Which weight plan do I need?

The average student uses between 15-20 lbs per week, which is TWO large loads (one for colors / one for whites). The vast majority of parents purchase the 20lb plan or the 25 lb plan. Many of our athletes, as well as those who want maximum flexibility, choose our 30lb plan. Students desiring only sheets and towels service typically select our 10lb plan. If the plan you initially select does not suit your needs, you may upgrade your plan at the cost of the difference between plans (pro rated).

Can I sign up for service at any time?

You may sign up for any one of our plans at anytime throughout the semester. Rates will be adjusted according to your sign up date. If you do wish to sign up once the semester has started, please contact us.

What if my laundry weighs more than my plan allows?

Laundry Boyz charges $1.00 per pound over your weight limit. Once your balance reaches $20.00, you will be sent an invoice for payment.

When does service start and end?

Service starts the first day of classes, and ends the last day of finals. If you are attending classes over winter or summer and would like to extend your service, contact us and let us know. (810.923.4604).

When & where do I get my bags?

If you sign up prior to school starting, you will receive your custom Laundry Boyz garment bag during move in days at your dormitory. If you are currently living in either a private house or apartment complex we will set up a time for an Laundry Boyz driver to drop the bags off to you. If you wish to receive your bags at a different time please contact us anytime at: (888.364.1115)

When is pickup and delivery?

Pickup and delivery is simple. There is a set schedule for pickup and delivery times posted on our website that will stay consistent throughout the entire semester. It is your responsibility to know your designated times. However, if none of these times fit your schedule, please contact Laundry Boyz so we can accommodate you (810.923.4604).

How does Pay-Per-Wash work?

If you would like to set up a pay-per-wash service, please do not hesitate to call Laundry Boyz (810.923.4604). A representative will be happy to set up a specific pickup time for you. This service fee is at the low price of $0.75 per pound.

Is it secure to order online?

PayPal has developed several programs to help protect your purchases. Here’s how:

100% protection for unauthorized payments sent from your account
As a fraud-prevention measure, we send an email confirmation for every online PayPal payment that you make. If you receive an email confirmation for a transaction that you didn’t approve, contact us and we’ll work to quickly resolve the issue — you won’t be responsible for any unauthorized charges.

Buyer Complaint Policy when you shop
Regardless of where you shop online, PayPal’s Buyer Complaint Policy lets you submit a dispute for an item you don’t receive or an item significantly not as described. By doing so, you have the opportunity to resolve your dispute directly with the seller.

When registering or logging into our site, we verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In Transit
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key-length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal Servers
Your personal information is stored on our servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further sheild your credit card and bank numbers, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.
